SUPPORT WORKERS & SERVICE ANIMALS
2
Support workers, caregivers, and service animals are welcome throughout Victoria Park.
PATHWAYS
3
The site includes both paved and grass pathways. Prior to the festival, we test all routes with a wheelchair to help ensure accessibility. In the event of wet or muddy conditions, we will provide additional flooring or alternative options where needed. There are also multiple accessible route options available. Please ask any team member for assistance.
ACCESSIBLE WASHROOMS
4
Non-gendered portable washrooms are available on site, including larger, more accessible units with interior dimensions of 58” x 58”. These units have outward-swinging doors that open to the left.
For additional accessibility needs, Regina Public Library (Central Branch) offers indoor washroom facilities that can accommodate support persons and larger mobility devices. The library located at 2311 12th Ave, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance. If you would like assistance getting there, a member of our team will be happy to accompany you.
SEATING OPTIONS
EMERGENCY EVACUATION

Priority seating is available near the Victoria’s Tavern Main Stage for guests using mobility aids or those who require additional support. Early access to seating will be provided, and designated spaces are reserved just off the sidewalks. For details, please refer to the seating map or speak with a team member at the Info Booth.
In the event of an evacuation, guests with mobility considerations are encouraged to make their way to the nearby Regina Public Library (Central Branch) as a safe and accessible shelter. Our staff and Event Patrol teams will prioritize assisting anyone who requires additional support, while our site crew ensures clear and efficient exit routes.
